Here's the start of the picture.
I lightened it up a bit but didn't like how dark his shirt was so I created a blank 4x6 file and then can change it whatever color I like. This one I picked white. So you drag the white pic on top of the pic and resize to fit over the whole area you want to change.
Then when you do that make sure the untitled layer is selected and click the little rectangle with the little white circle inside it...*it says Add Layer Mask when you hover over it*
After you do that hover over where it says normal and choose soft light selection {and then you can change the opacity to whatever you like}. Then make sure the color black is selected for your brush and brush over the areas where you don't need the white color.
Here's the after...
I also did the same thing with her shirt but with a "minty-er" color {that was the original color of her shirt} and with the grass behind them....I made it more greenish looking with the same technique.
Here's the complete before and after {I also fixed her wild hair. lol} oh and I also added a creamy color over their faces .
Before and after without any actions.
So basically when you select the add layer mask you can delete any part of the action/layer you want and add it back with the white brush. You have the M4H Merge All action right? Just choose that and then you can add a layer mask with it and "erase" any part of that too.
You can pretty much be super creative after you get the hang of it. I made this "layer" with the brush...
And used to for this...
Kind dramatic....but you get the gist. ;)
